Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
Initially I'd say hello but not try to pester them too much. If they look like their struggling I'd ask if they'd bhop'd before. Would explain the general idea and the different modes of hopping as well as the zarp features. If they were still struggling I'd get them to spectate me and describe what I'm doing and how I'm doing it; also describe air strafing and momentum. Then I'd spec them to see how they were doing and try and help them get the hang of it.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Ask someone to stop; if they continued would mute for 5 minutes. Continued misbehavior and I would contact an admin to come deal with the person.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Depending on the severity of the exploit either kick and contact and admin or contact an admin to ban.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I'm on a lot and have enjoyed helping people and the interactions I've had on the server. I've done a lot of server owning/admining in my time and am not really interested in climbing the ranks or anything like that. Just would enjoy helping out on a server a like spending time relaxing on.

Like I told you on steam you should probably add more detail on certain parts and keep up that activity.

I'll just say I think it's poor form to discuss detail or lack thereof when there is no guidelines to how detailed you would like the application to be. From my understanding people's demeanor and conduct in the game should speak far more than a written application for this kind of role. I could write in detail about exactly how I'd moderate exactly every situation but until that situation arises you have exactly no idea how someone will response vs. how they say they will. Someone unable to improvise and instead read from their written script on how to be a moderator will be a poor moderator in my book.

Just my perspective. I could just regurgitate the rules instead but I thought that would be quite a bad application.

- He's extremely active.
- Has no recent punishments, or punishments at all for that matter.
- Is extremely friendly
- Bhop staff team is already at a minimum

Although his application could do with some work, let's face it. Does it really affect the fact he's answered the questions right, to an extent anyway (exploiting answer could do with some polishing up).

your app is brief but does answer the question and (going off what nafe said) you are friendly and have zero punishments so i think you would be a good addition to do the staff team

I mean Bhop can do with a bit more staff at the moment Tbh and from the sound of things you seem to be a nice guy and your activity is also solid as well.
