Activity
I first joined TTT in february where I instantly applied for staff, i have had a few incidents during my staff but have used them to improve. During my time as mod and admin I was sure to always get one of the top activities of the staff team. That’s only on the server I also come on teamspeak every day as well as the staff discord and forums where I post on every single TTT related post with my feedback for an app or decision on a RA/Appeal. I have never once been contacted about my activity or any decisions I have made on appeals and report abuses. I feel my extensive knowledge on the rules sets me out as having the best understanding of the rules and the server allowing me to make judgement calls with confidence. I always complete my Lead team duties ASAP and to the best of my ability, I also go out of my way to ensure the spreadsheets and staff lists are updated. I have attended every single meeting since I became staff in which I voice my opinion and give my opinions and understand others arguments. In terms of teamspeak and discord I always check if I am needed to explain a rule or talk to someone about their performance.
I am constantly active on the forums, during my time as an admin I handled almost every appeal/punishment request I came across taking each one with care which has led to my decisions never being overruled. My replies are always easy to understand so that the person reporting understands why they were in the wrong/why the person they reported wasn’t, I also pass this experience down to admins so they do appeal/punishments requests to the best of their ability. I have also gotten the sections appeals and server applications on the forums for which I am dedicated to.

Attitude
I am always friendly to everyone whether that be helping out users understand rules as they are new, talking to a staff member possibly about their actions or just understanding rules and even posting on the forums, I like to be as helpful as I can. I never get too heated and like to stay calm which is hard in the lead team meetings! :)I help anyone with any questions they may have about for example applying for staff or understanding why they were warned and where to appeal it if they would like to. I am especially friendly to other staff members where I like to have a laugh but can be serious when they need help with a report they don't understand.
I am also very forgiving especially with players on the server. I would always open a chat and explain what they did wrong rather than just straight up warning them (unless they respond with AHAHAH UR BAD), I believe in second chances and like to help people improve rather than punishing them.

What would I like to do as a head admin?
I would first of all take good use of the advanced anti-cheat, this would help me more easily catch hackers on the server as sometimes the SA anticheat isn’t enough and I have to record or try to get a confession.
I would also handle the punishment removals in the discord as hazz does a decent job but if he isn’t available only henny can do it and his timezone is canadian so these are usually handled late at night. The proof that I would handle these quickly is that whenever I am @ for any reason I instantly reply even if I’m not at my computer.
I will continue to create closer relationships with the staff team and monitor them to ensure they carry out their roles to their highest standard. This will help raise standards across all ranks, leading to a better experience for all users on the server. I will also encourage staff to allow second chances on users, to reduce needless punishments where opening chat or giving them a verbal could help the user avoid making this mistake again.

Just no, there are better candidates then you (Nay, Matthew and Boss) and overall I do not want you to get the HA position because you don’t deserve it imo. What Nepgear and Chespin said is something I fully agree on
