First of all, not true.

Second just because he got it in x way doesn't mean he can't criticize people for trying to get it in x way. I for example don't think I deserved any of the LT ranks I got before because I was 13 dumb and immature. Just because I got it while being immature doesn't mean I can't criticize others for being immature.

Also third and final thing Nep was an amazing HA and did a lot of good to the server unlike, well you.
