How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
During my time in the staff team (Nearly 3 months) I have experience many situations that helped ,me learn and in those 3 months I have made vary few mistakes and showed determination when i did make one. I feel that moral strength is a very good attribute to have as it shows if i get accepted i wont just resign after a short amount of time.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): Well I have had a enjoyable time as moderator and Administrator and i have wanted to go for Super Admin for a while but not thought i was ready until now and i think if I got Super Admin i would do a amazing job as in my opinion my leadership skills are quite strong. Also I believe i stand out in multiple ways
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: There were a few cheaters online one morning and i had to get proof on my own while a lead team ember got online and i got evidence on 3 people who were cheating. I feel as though I handled that situation calmly.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would ask for the staff members opinion on what happened and if they felt as though they feel they did the right thing in the situation and then from there i would speak to the staff member if they were abusive and would take appropriate action after that i would log that i spoke to them and the type of punishment they got.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would first speak to them about their opinions of why they banned them for that long and if they agree it was excessive and if not I would ask them to explain why they feel it wasn't excessive and work on what they did wrong or how they could change it.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would ask the staff member if they need help and if so i would see what the matter is then explain issue/rule that they are struggling to explain.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? I would tell the staff member to message me on discord and i would handle it like a report abuse/demote request on any staff member.

I would first off tell them both to stop arguing and i would take it into a private message group and we could resolve it and hopefully speak about how we could prevent this within the future.

I would first off ask them to get on TeamSpeak and go in spectator and talk to them about what they are doing wrong also i would take appropriate action such as if necessary or and official or even just a speaking to and being notified about what happened.
