but beside that I do think you should show that you are ready to become a SA, from what I have seen from you is that you aren't LT material atm and should really work on your attitude. It is not bad but childish and everything you say seems like a banter / joke and not serious. I do believe there are better candidates then you and more showing leadership compared to you. I didn't do a good job as SA in the past but I believe that you would do a good job when you've improved on a lot of aspects to become SA but atm you are in my eyes defo not ready to go for SA and more time as administrator
