Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: 1. Mass rdm: A player is mass rdming others at spawn, the user has recent warns for Mass rdm. nlr: A user has 3 warns and was already kicked by the warn system. They get killed again for trying to arrest a player, and get killed. They come back and arrest the player they kept trying to arrest. They get warned another two times, this would also warrant a ban. Mass RDA: A police member has been repeatedly warned and admin jailed for rda, yet continues to mass arrest anybody in vision. say, they were warned 4 times, and already kicked. This would be a ban after they mass rda a 5th time.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: The F1 menu is for users to report other users or ask for help if stuck, or killed etc. This can help by telling me of an on going or past thing. It also provides logging for checking kills and jail arrests, etc. I could use the logs to help me with a sit for any situation a player would have. I may also check recent warns for a player, which may be used to help in thinking a punishment for a player. logs overall help staff so so so much in solving cases.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties. I would tell em to stop. if they kept doing it i would warn them for disrespect. or racism. if heard

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal. I would talk to the staff member who placed the punishment on the player, explain to the staff that the player had shown great regret of their decision, and that they should be given a second chance. If the admin agrees that the player should be given a second chance to roleplay on zarp, I would type “Congratulations! The staff team has decided to accept your appeal."


If the admin says no, then I would type “Im sorry, but after speaking with [admin], they have told me you had [R] warns and bans. This was not your first time getting banned from the server . so, I will have to deny your ban appeal.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe I should be admin because I could bring more ZARP rule powers. I was only mod for 1 week in a half. I think it would be Good for me as well as the server. EXAMPLE: I join and there is a prop spammer. i would freeze the player and remove all the props. or there was rdmer shooting me. if i were mod doing this, i wouldnt be able to remove props, ban, or have god mode among the rdmer. after a while as a moderator it was hard moderating because of the lack of powers i had. Especially when i would be the only moderator on, no admins, it would be a very pain in the ass having to try and deal with a mass rdmer not having as much powers. this would mean, the server would stay more clean of rulebreakers, make a better experience for good players. and overall less of a pain for me dealing with rulebreakers. another reason why I think i should be admin is that since i could then fly. i could cloak my self, and change job to admin on duty, and scout around the map for rulebreakers, something that i wouldnt be able to do as moderator. Last but not least I think i should be admin because since i was Moderator i had some experience under my belt, making me feel more comfortable with the new commands they give. my last last reason, Is that if 3 mass rdmers came on and i was a moderator, i had to kick all of them, but they kept coming back doing the same thing, i would just have to keep kicking them, and the same thing over and over, if i was admin, and they had lots and lots of recents i could ban them, problem solved, no issues. As being a moderator for a bit. I think im now ready for Admin, besides, I really love handling f1's. Thanks for reading my application. have a good day. ps love suporting this server. #GOSTAFF

Ok for a few reasons i dont believe that you should become admin.
1. Lack of experience. As you say you have been a moderator for a short amount of time.
2. Application. In places your application seems underdeveloped and rushed (F1 section)
3. Understanding. You often handle F1's that you have no right to handle. A few nights ago Hiro and I caught you handling an F1 that was reporting you and should have been handled by a LT member.
These are just a few reasons why you should not become admin. Personally i believe you need show a significant improvement in the understanding of the rules and your responsibilites as a staff member.

I dont think that you should be promoted to administrator because you dont have enough experience.I think that you should stay moderator for now.

You still have to learn a lot about staffing and your rule knowledge isn't the best. Give it some time so you get more familiarized with the commands and to gain more experience.

For now, it's a no from me.

Hello Carter.

I can see that you really want to become Admin but there are some things you need to improve on.

I have recently seen you handling F1's you're not supposed to be handling which is a problem and your response to this was "I didn't read the F1" which you must do in order for us to feel like you deserve it.

You also have a low knowledge of the rules which is really important due to all of the access you have as an Administrator. An example to this; you sometimes ask in the Admin chat some simple questions which you shouldn't do as much as you need to show us your knowledge of the rules aswell as all your experience as a Moderator. If you were to punish people as an Admin when not knowing most simple rules, would you punish them without looking through the rules?

I'd like you to wait a couple of weeks as you've never been Staff before and I feel like it's way too soon.
