I can see that you are a dedicated staff member, and you want to become an admin, but there are a few things I think you should work on before you jump to admin. First off, it seems a little early to apply for admin, you are a newer staff member so lacking experience in certain areas, you tend to handle F1's that are not meant for you, so I think you should wait a bit longer to get a better understand of things you can and cannot handle. Also as stated above there are sections in the application that are lacking effort and i think they could be written better.
