I can see that you really want to become Admin but there are some things you need to improve on.

I have recently seen you handling F1's you're not supposed to be handling which is a problem and your response to this was "I didn't read the F1" which you must do in order for us to feel like you deserve it.

You also have a low knowledge of the rules which is really important due to all of the access you have as an Administrator. An example to this; you sometimes ask in the Admin chat some simple questions which you shouldn't do as much as you need to show us your knowledge of the rules aswell as all your experience as a Moderator. If you were to punish people as an Admin when not knowing most simple rules, would you punish them without looking through the rules?

I'd like you to wait a couple of weeks as you've never been Staff before and I feel like it's way too soon.
