this may well be outdated but here we go

no doubt you're a solid guy and a good staff member overall, but from my experience you were never one to question what you've been told by your peers and the actions of staff members in appeals and things like that, you were very quick to accept everything you're told and not consider your intuition

i feel like this is still presented within your appeal handling and if this spreads throughout a leading team it can be quite dangerous as flawed ideals are reciprocated and bad ideas are simply accepted

+ it makes your position as a LT member somewhat redundant, as you bring nothing new to the table, so i don't think you're ready

Thank you for your feedback, I do understand where you're coming from. When I started handling appeals and reports as an admin I fit your description quite well. This was due to my lack of experience and confidence but I strongly beleive this has changed over time. As I have gained more experience I have very well learned to question the actions made by people of equal or higher "importance". (lol, sounds weird but i don't know how to word this differently)

I can only re-assure you that I approach every situation related to staffing as objectively as possible. I think a lot about every appeal, report, etc. I handle and make sure not to rush things, even if they seem trivial.

Do you have any specific examples of me showing such behavior lately? It would help me out a lot.

This is possibly the best feedback you can receive on your application, as I have noticed this as well. You tend to follow what those in higher authority think rather than what you feel is the correct conclusion to a report/appeal. I would like to mention however that I haven't seen this type of behaviour from you in a decent amount of time, unless of course I missed something.
When I was still staff on SSRP, you handled everything professionally and were never rude to me despite my inactivity. I really appreciated the way you approached me and handled the situation.
I hope you still dont abide so much in higher authority and have the confidence to come to your own conclusions regardless of what others try to tell you. Obviously, there is going to be incidents where you are incorrect and someone with higher authority corrects you, however you shouldn't rely on them so much in order to base your opinion on certain suggestions, reports, appeals, etc.

i haven't actually found any recent examples in my brief scan so you're good in that element, good job

theres something that makes me uncertain about you going for HA but i can't quite name it, either way who am i to judge considering i don't actually play the server, probably just based on what i saw of you in the past

Now my opinion may be seen as bias as I am a friend of Martins but I'm sure we can all agree that he has been one of the most dedicated, active, helpful and friendly staff member on Zarp. Martin has been a example for all the community and I believe a promotion will only aid him in doing this. He does not associate with clans on a pvp bases and therefore has no bias against anyone due to their gang affiliation. In my opinion I believe Martin is a great choice for this role and will fit into it perfectly I don't see any reason for this application to be denied. Best of luck mate.
