this may well be outdated but here we go
no doubt you're a solid guy and a good staff member overall, but from my experience you were never one to question what you've been told by your peers and the actions of staff members in appeals and things like that, you were very quick to accept everything you're told and not consider your intuition
i feel like this is still presented within your appeal handling and if this spreads throughout a leading team it can be quite dangerous as flawed ideals are reciprocated and bad ideas are simply accepted
+ it makes your position as a LT member somewhat redundant, as you bring nothing new to the table, so i don't think you're ready
