What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is where a teammate or friend is dead and they can spectate the opposing team and they tell you info you wouldnt normaly be alowed to see.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If a player was been disrespectful to staff or another player i would verbally warn him more than once and if he continues on to disrespect the staff or player give him a tempory ban.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I stand out from others because i like to generally help out even if im staff or not therefore if i was staff i would be able to help more.My good traits are that you can talk to me anytime no matter what im on the server for atleast 4+ hours so any thing i could help with i would help.Aswell if i had staff i would not use it for personal benifit or if i kick someone for no reason i wouldn't i am never on sides i just help with the situation and if i use a kick and give a warn out i will commit to get as much evidence for reasoning off their punishment.

I also have past punishment for racism that was past i know it still happened but i have matured now and i have continued to follow the rules ever since.

Can't play because of hollidays so Idk about your attitude or what you do in-game.
But according to your gametrackers you just started playing 3 days ago. If you keep a good activity till the next meeting it could be okay.

Application is quite messy and doesn't seem thought out, and I haven't seen you do much helping wise, which you say you have been doing. You are extremely new and say you are active on the server for 4+ hours at a time but your game tracker says otherwise (only 7 hours in total at the time of this post). Your punishments are 80% of this application looking bad, the other 20% being activity and the application itself.

I'd recommend interacting with players more and keeping your rapsheet clean for a good few weeks or month before even applying again. This will help your reputation (if you decide to improve it), the same goes for your activity. Also, take more time and effort into your next app. Explain answers a little clearer and prove that you actually want this position.

this wasn't recent and as I said im improving maturely and told you I am not like that now.

My application is as it says answer the questions and provide information and I have been playing since the 2 full servers but stopped and recently come back on tahts why I said I would be 4+ hours on because I got back into the game. I have had punishments and have matured and followed rules ever since. I interact with plenty of players, that is what im doing following rules to get my credibility back and reputation. I have answered the questions fully and proved I want this position in staff. the reason it says im new is that I had to create new zarp account because I couldn't get access to my old email and couldn't remember the details.

Okay if you are improving then just read my reply. I told you how to improve. It's a process that goes in a particular order. First, improve. Then apply for staff. Then you have more chance of being accepted, no? Being a staff member does not miraculously make you improve or become a better person all of a sudden is what I am saying.

I do not know you so you can say you are a flying guinea pig if you like. It doesn't matter until you actually prove it and make a difference in all the points I mentioned.

It seems you have a lot of attitude issues and a recent ban for "Racism". Racism/Discrimination/etc is not tolerated across all Zarp services and you will be punished for it. I don't think the DR staff team would like to have a racist staff member.
