Okay if you are improving then just read my reply. I told you how to improve. It's a process that goes in a particular order. First, improve. Then apply for staff. Then you have more chance of being accepted, no? Being a staff member does not miraculously make you improve or become a better person all of a sudden is what I am saying.

I do not know you so you can say you are a flying guinea pig if you like. It doesn't matter until you actually prove it and make a difference in all the points I mentioned.

That's all I have to say on the matter now, good luck and hopefully you just grit your teeth and take on board the advice, you'll appreciate it in the long run.
