What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is where a teammate or friend is dead and they can spectate the opposing team and they tell you info you wouldnt normaly be alowed to see.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If a player was been disrespectful to staff or another player i would verbally warn him more than once and if he continues on to disrespect the staff or player give him a tempory ban.

I stand out from others because i like to generally help out even if im staff or not therefore if i was staff i would be able to help more.My good traits are that you can talk to me anytime no matter what im on the server for atleast 4+ hours so any thing i could help with i would help.Aswell if i had staff i would not use it for personal benifit or if i kick someone for no reason i wouldn't i am never on sides i just help with the situation and if i use a kick and give a warn out i will commit to get as much evidence for reasoning off their punishment.

I also have past punishment for racism that was past i know it still happened but i have matured now and i have continued to follow the rules ever since.
