Oh shit Rick, the independence strikes again! :omegalul:

Some people might not understand but this is something i joke with Rick on occasions.

Yes, it's a meme but feel free to actually read the criticisms as I believe they are very important for you to work on.

Don't worry, i didn't just read/see "independance" and immediately replied, i read the whole reply and i can say that i agree with most of what you've said, yet not everything. I'll message you in the afternoon over Steam as there is some stuff I'm rather confused about and even shocked to see here.

You need to slow down and start doing it one by one.

Not many people in the Lead Team take the task of training new or promoted staff members as it usually requires a lot of time. I, actually, find great enjoyment in doing so! I always take my time when training staff, i go through the smallest points to the most obvious ones, i make sure to follow the OneNote and even add in more stuff I know than the Training Guide has to offer, i do my trainings with care and always make sure to say: "Do you have any questions" after I covered each section of the training e.g. F1 Menu; F6 Menu; Commands, etc - Giving a chance to people to ask questions during the training over 15 times! And even at the end i tell ask them again if they have anything to say or ask me before i end the training and not only that but I make sure to provide them with the command guide which I've made which contains: Commands, Important Moderator/Administrator notices and links of relevance. I'd not like to blame it on the people I've trained but most just find trainings boring, they "sleep" during them as they are keen to finally start their new adventure on SSRP as a Moderator/Administrator but then, when they need something I've obviously pointed out in the training, maybe even on multiple occasions - That's when they realize their mistake(s).

I'd like you to attend one of my or even better, multiple trainings, just so i can prove to you that i train everyone the same way, in full detail, with care and caution. I find it rather, sad, to say the least that this is one of my "negative" points apparently.
.
god I can absolutely agree that Richards trainings are long and in depth, his last training took like an hour+ and I don’t think he missed a thing. Also I almost fell asleep

I wouldn't say an hour, jeez. But I'm afraid that Nafe would fall asleep due to my long, fully-covered, in-depth trainings. :omegalul:

Issue number one:

Your emotions cloud your judgement, whether it be intentional or not; for example your punishments against certain members who have a certain gang name seem to be a lot more excessive compared to others who could genuinely be doing worse. Very recently you banned "Dady" as he is mostly known as, for an issue that took place on a Discord. You banned him for a month on SSRP, I do not know the full story but from what I am hearing from a lot of people who are associated with him and others who are not, this is what seems to be the case and that's not okay.

I was originally asked if banning him permanently was a sensible idea which I entirely disagreed with. I consulted Jaden's rapsheet to get a better idea of exactly how much trouble he was causing recently and when he was last banned. He had 4 (I think) recent punishments and was just banned off TS for spam poking and dropping the n-bomb via poke(s) to Richard.

I was very hesitant to support a ban outright however I said, if anything, a month would suffice (his last ban was permanent but then reduced to 2 week) granted Jaden continued to cause trouble. Regardless of what I think, you have proposed a very good point as it seems like, in this particular case, Jaden managed to touch a nerve and Richard sought out to punish him on SSRP for something silly he did on TS.

This is obviously something we need to be hugely critical on as the ideal candidate would approach every situation with a 'clean slate'. When you let this kind of thing control how you handle situations, you start to dilute objective facts with subjective opinions which absolutely should not happen.

Just felt like putting my thoughts on paper in case anybody gave a shit.

Unfortunately, and I do not blame Chute, but we were not given permission to handle Refund Requests nor access to spawn in any items/money - Othetwise I'd gladly refund you.

He still would not have the power to refund you unless if it's out of his own pockets, I'm afraid the answer still a no! Perhaps ask one of the CM members unless you already have, in which case just accept the answer you've gotten previously.
