Issue number one:
Your emotions cloud your judgement, whether it be intentional or not; for example your punishments against certain members who have a certain gang name seem to be a lot more excessive compared to others who could genuinely be doing worse. Very recently you banned "Dady" as he is mostly known as, for an issue that took place on a Discord. You banned him for a month on SSRP, I do not know the full story but from what I am hearing from a lot of people who are associated with him and others who are not, this is what seems to be the case and that's not okay.
I was originally asked if banning him permanently was a sensible idea which I entirely disagreed with. I consulted Jaden's rapsheet to get a better idea of exactly how much trouble he was causing
recently and when he was last banned. He had 4 (I think) recent punishments and was just banned off TS for spam poking and dropping the n-bomb via poke(s) to Richard.
I was very hesitant to support a ban outright however I said, if anything, a month would suffice (his last ban was permanent but then reduced to 2 week) granted Jaden continued to cause trouble. Regardless of what I think, you have proposed a very good point as it seems like, in this particular case, Jaden managed to touch a nerve and Richard sought out to punish him on SSRP for something silly he did on TS.
This is obviously something we need to be hugely critical on as the ideal candidate would approach every situation with a 'clean slate'. When you let this kind of thing control how you handle situations, you start to dilute objective facts with subjective opinions which absolutely should not happen.
Just felt like putting my thoughts on paper in case anybody gave a shit.
