I'll write a full-on criticism seeing as I've unearthed some new things that are very detrimental to your application (Oh shit, here we go again.)
First of all, I want to address something that I honestly don't think you ever got when I talked to you while I was still Super Admin. It's become somewhat of a meme at this point, but I think you're missing the point; independence. You see, what I mean by "independence" is you need to be independent enough to the point where you don't need to rely on other staff members to call you out when you do something wrong.
I've found that there have been numerous incidents where you have done things that - clearly - are wrong and is not to be expected of a lead team member, especially one that has experience as a lead team member on multiple servers. These errors include, but are not limited to, mass-resetting the map of a server, talking shit about members of the community and the community of ZARP as a whole to other Discord communities, training people in bulk - ultimately causing staff members to miss specific points[1]. Additionally, you are failing to maintain an objective view when it comes to people you dislike.
Second, I think you've got your values a bit confused. To me, it seems like you - a lead team member - choose to focus more on the tasks of an administrator or moderator. This is another thing that held you back from getting SA and if I don't see any indication that you're going out of your way to do more difficult lead team tasks I don't think it's a good idea that you advance to HA just yet. This is something I think you can improve upon easily, though. You just need to focus more on keeping the staff in check rather than the community members.
Third and lastly, it's evident to me that you have members in the community that you don't get along with and they, unfortunately, do see more severe punishments due to that fact. It seems to be a recurring issue that you let your emotions get intertwined with your verdicts and I believe that this is the LAST quality I'd want in a head administrator. I can't ignore the fact that I have seen times on TeamSpeak and other platforms where you've let your emotions slip out and ultimately control you to the point where it can't be good for the server.[2]
Anyhow, good luck I suppose. I don't know if you can ever become HA on SSRP if you choose to ignore all my criticism so it really is in your best interest to follow them and improve on yourself a lot. Please keep in mind that I might edit this later on with more accurate criticisms as I haven't yet looked over my post to see if everything makes sense. Thanks.
[1] We can both agree that this happens, you do a good job, but I've seen first-hand that you get ahead of yourself and miss some crucial things while training new staff.
[2] This is a criticism I've been meaning to give you ever since you applied for Super Admin the first time but I figured it was better to maintain a good relationship with you rather than ruin it and create a bad dynamic between the two of us. That being said, I hope you're willing to accept this criticism and improve upon it rather than allow my predicament to become true.
Oh shit Rick, the independence strikes again!
Some people might not understand but this is something i joke with Rick on occasions.
Yes, it's a meme but feel free to actually read the criticisms as I believe they are very important for you to work on.
Don't worry, i didn't just read/see "independance" and immediately replied, i read the whole reply and i can say that i agree with most of what you've said, yet not everything. I'll message you in the afternoon over Steam as there is some stuff I'm rather confused about and even shocked to see here.
