For example your punishments against certain members who have a certain gang name seem to be a lot more excessive.
Care to give some examples? (Apart from dady since you are yet to hear the
actual reason behind his ban).

Very recently you banned "Dady" as he is mostly known as, for an issue that took place on a Discord.
I'm not even sure where you got this from? Before making the decision of revoking dady's access from the SSRP servers I was on TeamSpeak with both Jack and .uzi and I have told them what incident took place (on two ZARP services - SSRP and TeamSpeak) and consulted with them especially with Jack about the recent warning by himself saying: "Targeted Harassment - Permanent Ban on next offense" The idea to ban him was mine, yes, but the reason why Jack and .uzi were there in the first place and why i decided to consult with them is so there was no biased decisions being made. I always believed that if i started doing something rather unprofessional or unfair, that the person(s) I'm discussing the issue with would speak up.
In addition: If you find it hard to believe, feel free to ask .uzi a fellow friend of yours and a Head Administrator - But before I make any "bigger" or more "impact-making" decisions I make sure to consult with another member (or even better members) of the staff/lead team just so there are no, as i already said, biased decision being made. And on most occasions I'd message him even when he was an Administrator as he always replied to messages rather quickly and always gave in an constructive opinion about most situations/issues.

You banned him for a month on SSRP, I do not know the full story but from what I am hearing from a lot of people who are associated with him and others who are not, this is what seems to be the case and that's not okay.
If you'd like to hear why he was banned, you have me on Steam.

You bulk train staff members, a recurring issue with the people who are trained by you is, they recieve a lot more complaints than other staff members, what's more over very simple things that they should have known from the very beginning, this is alarming that you could be missing such things when training a Super Admin. You need to slow down and start doing it one by one.
Not many people in the Lead Team take the task of training new or promoted staff members as it usually requires a lot of time. I, actually, find great enjoyment in doing so! I always take my time when training staff, i go through the smallest points to the most obvious ones, i make sure to follow the OneNote and even add in more stuff I know than the Training Guide has to offer, i do my trainings with care and always make sure to say: "Do you have any questions" after I covered each section of the training e.g. F1 Menu; F6 Menu; Commands, etc - Giving a chance to people to ask questions during the training over 15 times! And even at the end i tell ask them again if they have anything to say or ask me before i end the training and not only that but I make sure to provide them with the command guide which I've made which contains: Commands, Important Moderator/Administrator notices and links of relevance. I'd not like to blame it on the people I've trained but most just find trainings boring, they "sleep" during them as they are keen to finally start their new adventure on SSRP as a Moderator/Administrator but then, when they need something I've obviously pointed out in the training, maybe even on multiple occasions - That's when they realize their mistake(s).
I'd like you to attend one of my or even better, multiple trainings, just so i can prove to you that i train everyone the same way, in full detail, with care and caution. I find it rather, sad, to say the least that this is one of my "negative" points apparently.

It seems to take you a very long time to realise you are making a mistake, a recent example of this would be when you were mass restarting the map on server one over a client sided issue, which took you nearly a week to realise it was so. I'm really, really concerned as to how it took you so long to figure out, or why you thought restarting the map a second or third time would not only fix it but why you didn't contact a higher up asking about it. We had to come to you.
I am well aware of this, and i know it can not be justified, but - I was, at the time, dealing with some extreme IRL issues and I'm not quite certain if this was before or after i took an inactivity, i wasn't in the best mood nor thinking straight and that lead to this situation which i fully agree is very stupid and ridiculous. I had faith enough in one higher-up and shared what the issue was as I did not want what happened to spread around the community as most things here do. Hopefully you can understand.

There is a lot of other issues I have with you but I don't think it is fair to state them publically on the forums for your sake and would rather discuss it in the meeting.
I messaged you over Steam as I'd like to know these possible issue which i could work on.
