You could of definitely spent more time on your application.
119 words when it's recommended you write 150 to try and convince us we want you.
Doesn't really show you want to be apart of the staff team.
They said they recommend to explain why I think I should be accepted. I think I have explained what I need to explain in those amount of words and I don’t think I need to say anything that will really impact my application. Thanks for the feedback
I'd say your application is perfectly fine. Not any issues with the quantity of what you wrote at all.
I would, however, say that you should be a lot more active. From what I can see, you haven't really had much consistent activity recently. If you can prove consistency over the course of the week, then I wouldn't have a problem on those grounds, but remember that the recommendation is two weeks of consistent activity, and for those with a shaky past, it is always a much better idea to get those full two weeks before going for staff to show us that you have truly changed and will be able to do a good job as a staff member.
Regarding what sorle said, I think it's fine to change your name if you feel it will help you to do better and separate yourself from the past. I feel like sorle's reasoning is built on personal experience, but everyone is different, and if trying to put forth a new identity helps you to separate your mentality from actions in the past and that allows you to build on it in your own way, then that is of course perfectly fine, as long as you do demonstrate the fact that you have changed and can improve.
