Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario

Random Deathmatch (abbreviated to "RDM") is a term used when a player randomly kills other players without valid reasons.

Scenario
Player X is walking around and goes in the mines where player Y is afk mining. Player X wips out big ggluon and rips is iriduim pickaxe. Player X rdmd player y and should result into player X being warned.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario

New Life Rule. NLR means that you must not return to the place you died. The time can vary server to server.

Scenario
Player X is raiding bank and player Y is a police officer and going to kill player X. Player X equips gluon and destroys player Y. Player Y gets angry and goes back to Bank District and kills to the cop to rip is gluon gun.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would first of all i will goto player X that has made a F1 and asked if we can go somewhere to handle the sit. Then I would go to player Y and see if he would be able to be brought to a sit, if yes I would bring them but if player Y admits right there I would give him a verbal if it his first warning in a while but, if player Y had more than 10 recents in the past days I would probably do a more severe punishment. If player Y doesn’t admit I would bring him to the sit where player X is waiting. I would first of all ask them for their stories and see if they match. If they don’t match and nothing matches in the logs I would ask if anyone had any evidence such as a video showing the situation or if another staff member was there that witnessed what happened. If none of them could provide proof that proves their story I would simply not warn any of them and I would but them back where they were.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would first go to player X that made the F1 and see if he is ready to do his F1 if so I would bring him to a secluded area or a staff area. Then I would goto player Y and see if he is free to go to the sit, again if he admits to breaking the rules I would warn him or if he is new I would simply give him a verbal and tell him to read the rules if he is not new to breaking rules I would give him a more severe punishment. I would first ask player X for his side of the story then proceed to see what player Y story is. If they don’t match I would ask for some more proof such as a video. If there is no evidence I would go back to the logs and see if there is anything I missed on that can impact the situation. If I can’t find anything to warn player Y I would simply say “make another F1 if you get proof later on.”

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words)
I think I should be chosen to first help the community on weekdays because I’ve been on the server on weekdays and I’ve seen barely any staff on and there are a known people that break rules but never get warned or anything. I feel like if I’m part of the staff team it would help me be apart of the rules a lot. I will probably get a lot of negative support because of me getting banned a lot and warned a lot and mostly a lot of people will give me negative support because of who I am. If people know who I am I hope you guys can see that I’m starting to make a change
