Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1. Mass rdm+LTAP
2. If the player have to many recent warnings. 6 and more. And it's up to admin to decide while taking into account 1-2 previous weeks, ban him or give him a chance.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First of all i will check banlist and his list of warnings, and then i will immediately answer to his appeal with something like that:
Hello X. After my little investigation, i decided to remove your ban and apologise for a such reaction. Usually we warn people first, and only then we ban them(if we have sufficient evidence). But despite my
decision, consider this ban as a warning for you. We respect our community, but hackers don't deserve any respect.

Ok listen, i don't like to talk about myself in a good light. I know that it need to be 100 words,
but i just really don't have anything good. I have a lot of experience being moderator\admin\super admin and etc.
It's not something new, i know all that. The only important thing i must add, that i am not a people's person. I just want to get the job done, with clean window without reports and without some individuals that trying to ruin a fun game for other players.
I am unbiased,because i don't care about people(in general(I now it's sounds awful)) if i see a problem, i want to solve it.

Your activity is good, dont know how you are ingame, but from what you wrote probably not much know this either, your app could be a bit more detailed for me tho and on the second question you dont know if he got warned or not and you have to talk to the staff member, who banned him, and talk with him if he did warn him and all that.

Seen you ingame a lot, Very good and consistent activity. I can't say a lot in terms of if you deserve admin as I'm not apart of the staff team and haven't been here long enough to say so, but from what I've seen your doing good, keep it up

no. Please more detail in "Explain how you would handle the following situation:" it seems good but needs more detail, if you explain it more somewhere later i will definitely give you support
"Why I should be promoted" does not need that much detail (for me) but yeah, low amount of it,

Basically i explained, what admin should do in that particular situation. He will look into the case, if it's possible to do something, he will can handle it and speak with person that made unban request.
It would be a lot different situation if there were more bans, more warnings and etc

Because based from the description of that situation, it was my fault, that he got banned.
After all, i did make some ban request topic on forum before, so i know that admins can't ban hackers.

You definitely need more time as a moderator before you are considered ready for this position. I would also like to add that openly stating that you don't care about people is not good for your application. We would like staff members to be friendly and interactive with the player base.

I am friendly to people that are playing on server. If somebody asks me about something on server i will always answer to them)
Don't let my "don't care" confuse you. I do enjoy playing on this server with good, friendly and funny people.

Trust me it's hard to explain my state of mind.

Your activity is really good, application is decent as well although it could be improved in certain areas, such as the why you should be promoted section. I have seen you in game many times, and you usually have quite a friendly interaction with players, and you do your job to the standard required of moderators. I have never had an issue with you, and you seem to be quite familiar with staffing due to your past experience.
Also this quote is quite concerning for a couple reasons
