Your activity is really good, application is decent as well although it could be improved in certain areas, such as the why you should be promoted section. I have seen you in game many times, and you usually have quite a friendly interaction with players, and you do your job to the standard required of moderators. I have never had an issue with you, and you seem to be quite familiar with staffing due to your past experience.
Also this quote is quite concerning for a couple reasons
