Resigning twice in my opinion shows that he has lost interesting in the server and thus making me think again about him being admin. I wanted him to prove himself as Moderator however I didn't really mind if the team wanted him as Admin as it was their server but they voted for him to be denied.

There was no one person who got him denied it was a group decision and that is what it will stay at.

It was a "group" decision? Or did one person run their mouth about all the negatives instead of including any positives? As I know there's previous about twisting situations and words to get an satisfactory outcome to a select few

So i had to leave the meeting early for reasons so i do not know what was said in the meeting about you, however i do know that you were denied for needing to improve maturity & needing to show more dedication.

For the maturity i have no idea what they are on about or why this was part of the denial reason. After talking to a few people even they could not tell me why they thought you were immature, the only reason i got was "Also he is still immature (obviously he will be at that age) constantly tagging me in the discord with nonsense", which is a really petty thing to hold against someone who was previously deemed capable of being an administrator and although not perfect did his job to an acceptable level. Compared to what he was like before he has not even been that bad in the discord imo.

The 1st thing i was told was that this was because of you constantly resigning and revoking however from what i can see you only revoked once and then resigned and couldnt revoke the second time, so i dont know how that counts as constant. You also at the time of the meeting had more activity than the majority of the staff team, so again i dont know how people are deeming you not dedicated.

The last thing i wanted to say was that just because someone has recently resigned does not mean they are not dedicated, at least not always. Im a little worried that a few of the LT are not even paying attention to why people resign as they seem to think your reason was that you "lost interest in TTT", if they had actually bothered to read your resignation they would know that that was not the case and that your actual reason was very far from that. His actual reason for resigning was that he was being targeted by another staff member who was taking the piss out of him being dyslexic, as soon as that issue was sorted he immediately re-applied, would someone who really wasnt dedicated re-apply after that?

I know my word means very little. To some it means nothing at all. But I just wanted to take the time to share my support for MemesAreGoodWithKim.

He acts rashly at times, and doesn't think his decisions through, but he's a good guy that really does love the server. His supposed immaturity primarily stems from him being unable to properly put his thoughts into words. Anyone in a discussion with Kim will understand that he doesn't mean any harm and, more importantly, really has a lot of good things going on - ignoring the repeated "memeing" and him not quite understanding the difference between a moment to joke around and moments when it's good for him to either be serious or not speak at all.

But none of these issues have any effect on him as a staff member. He's always proven to be more than capable. If there was an issue with his staffing, he'd listen to the higher-up that told him how to improve. He's able to do his job, having been an admin on TTT for several months as well as having experience on other servers such as Prophunt.

I think it's important to note that this "dedication" that people often criticise is meaningless. Dedication is proven through people's behaviour and actions during their time as staff. To a lot of community members, however, staff "lose" their dedication the moment when they resign. To them a resignation is the ultimate action someone can take, with consequences that will forever be held against them for years to come.

But that is not what dedication is. Allow me to give an example of an SSRP user, someone that was staff on and off over the course of a little longer than a year. This user would play on SSRP, apply for staff to help out, do his job appropriately and resign when he either got too busy or wanted to go in a different direction with his life for that time being. Then later he would repeat the cycle and apply again. He did this a few times, to the point where people argued that he needed to "show dedication" to the server. (I'd like to point out that this user's actions during their time inbetween being staff on the server and within the community are questionable at best and outright disgusting at worst - but that's besides the point)

But let me ask you this: Can you really call someone who decides to take their leave on repeated occasions yet returns every single time just to help out with something that they love not dedicated?

Because I would argue that such people are a lot more dedicated than higher-ranking staff who do very little for the server because they've lost their drive over the many months, and for some years, of doing the same over and over again.
