He acts rashly at times, and doesn't think his decisions through, but he's a good guy that really does love the server. His supposed immaturity primarily stems from him being unable to properly put his thoughts into words. Anyone in a discussion with Kim will understand that he doesn't mean any harm and, more importantly, really has a lot of good things going on - ignoring the repeated "memeing" and him not quite understanding the difference between a moment to joke around and moments when it's good for him to either be serious or not speak at all.

But none of these issues have any effect on him as a staff member. He's always proven to be more than capable. If there was an issue with his staffing, he'd listen to the higher-up that told him how to improve. He's able to do his job, having been an admin on TTT for several months as well as having experience on other servers such as Prophunt.

I think it's important to note that this "dedication" that people often criticise is meaningless. Dedication is proven through people's behaviour and actions during their time as staff. To a lot of community members, however, staff "lose" their dedication the moment when they resign. To them a resignation is the ultimate action someone can take, with consequences that will forever be held against them for years to come.

But that is not what dedication is. Allow me to give an example of an SSRP user, someone that was staff on and off over the course of a little longer than a year. This user would play on SSRP, apply for staff to help out, do his job appropriately and resign when he either got too busy or wanted to go in a different direction with his life for that time being. Then later he would repeat the cycle and apply again. He did this a few times, to the point where people argued that he needed to "show dedication" to the server. (I'd like to point out that this user's actions during their time inbetween being staff on the server and within the community are questionable at best and outright disgusting at worst - but that's besides the point)

But let me ask you this: Can you really call someone who decides to take their leave on repeated occasions yet returns every single time just to help out with something that they love not dedicated?

Because I would argue that such people are a lot more dedicated than higher-ranking staff who do very little for the server because they've lost their drive over the many months, and for some years, of doing the same over and over again.
