The fact that you did not let the denial reason deter you or keep you from reapplying shows the resilience and dedication needed to be an administrator. Personally, I believe we made a mistake denying you this week, as its clear you have shown, through your hard work and action, that you deserved the role. Although your maturity can be questionable at times, you have greatly improved on it since the last time you were a staff member.It is a shame that we forced you to wait another week, as it is clear that was unnecessary and disregarded all the dedication you currently show, but I applaud you for keeping your head up high despite this. As long as you keep your activity high as it usually has been, and continue to show the hard work you previously demonstrated in these past few weeks, then you certainly have my support this week.

Whilst this can be true, it could also be a sign of someone not giving a shit about their denial reason and not putting any work into improving themselves as a candidate, not saying this applies in this case. But, just because someone keeps applying, doesn't make them a better candidate, bananna...slifer...

Most things that someone could do could be seen as positive or negative. Like a low report could you could say that is taking care with there reports and going for quality but you could say it shows they don't have experience I handling situations. So take it how you want. As I have staffed for a long time I can say this has been done a lot in meetings to sway votes.
