So i had to leave the meeting early for reasons so i do not know what was said in the meeting about you, however i do know that you were denied for needing to improve maturity & needing to show more dedication.

For the maturity i have no idea what they are on about or why this was part of the denial reason. After talking to a few people even they could not tell me why they thought you were immature, the only reason i got was "Also he is still immature (obviously he will be at that age) constantly tagging me in the discord with nonsense", which is a really petty thing to hold against someone who was previously deemed capable of being an administrator and although not perfect did his job to an acceptable level. Compared to what he was like before he has not even been that bad in the discord imo.

Personally the part i took issue with the most was that he was denied for needing to show more dedication, and im pretty sure its the same with Kurze. The 1st thing i was told was that this was because of you constantly resigning and revoking however from what i can see you only revoked once and then resigned and couldnt revoke the second time, so i dont know how that counts as constant. You also at the time of the meeting had more activity than the majority of the staff team, so again i dont know how people are deeming you not dedicated.

The last thing i wanted to say was that just because someone has recently resigned does not mean they are not dedicated, at least not always. Im a little worried that a few of the LT are not even paying attention to why people resign as they seem to think your reason was that you "lost interest in TTT", if they had actually bothered to read your resignation they would know that that was not the case and that your actual reason was very far from that. His actual reason for resigning was that he was being targeted by another staff member who was taking the piss out of him being dyslexic, as soon as that issue was sorted he immediately re-applied, would someone who really wasnt dedicated re-apply after that?
