Recently I've witnessed you death avoiding quite an amount with an excuse i will not disclose here, I also witnessed you today Punishing someone who Yes they broke a rule but then You instantly unmuted and said "I was joking" which I feel is unprofessional and if you are going to do that atleast Punish them for some time then Undo it and Quite honestly You're a nice guy but you can be quite immature at times so I may change my vote if you prove yourself to me but for now I'm giving you a

You abused twice a year ago. You should really not push your luck here. Take the time to rebuild your trust as a moderator before going for any kind of promotion, as it only makes you seem powerhungry and untrustworthy.

I feel like you need more time as a staff member. You can improve on some aspects to become a better staff member. First of all you should show more maturity while dealing with any situation or just when you are interacting with other people. A slight improvement how you deal with situations. You need experience as moderator and i see you you quite immature.

Ok so lets When its appropriate to use the ban command.

that point right there is lacking a lot because there are still more reasons that you could use the ban command for.

and here lets start with a situation you had to work around in your time as a mod.

here you have a situation where i mod can perfectly handle without being admin as you didn't need the ban command and this situation isin't really special as i have seen these kinds of things everyday and i have dealt with similar situations as a mod before perfectly fine.

Next Why i should be promoted.

ok here is the place where you show the Admins why you should be promoted and here you haven't really written that much and i feel like here you could improve a lot on, and it doesn't help that you just became mod 2 days ago. you should stay mod for some more time as you have a history of abusing so i would recommend you to wait then just applying to show that you have regained trust and show to other staff members that you can deal with situations.

So my finale answer will be a

you need way more time as mod and you do not seem like you are doing the best job. we haven't seen anything that proves you really deserve this.
