I feel like you need more time as a staff member. You can improve on some aspects to become a better staff member. First of all you should show more maturity while dealing with any situation or just when you are interacting with other people. I'd also wait more to gain experience as a staff member, so you know what you have to do during the problems that you will find in your time as a staff member. When you are an admin, you have to handle more different situations where you will have to use other new commands, and I feel that you need to know what you should do in every situation as a moderator so you can then handle other new ones as admin.
