We have Player 1 Player 2 And Player 3, Player 1 Is Death Players 2 Is runner And Player 3 Is Dead.
Player 3 Is telling Player 2 Death Is AFK And Player 2 Knows To Pass The Traps and Deaths Easily.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I Would Ask the player to stop being mean to (The Player), And Stop being disrespectful To (The Player).
If I see him doing this again, Or he denies what I said, I will mute/gag him and I will give a warning to The player.

I Have shown my trust on the server, (Some players hate me tbh) But I'm very nice and when I join I ask every time how everyone's doing. And some of the staff really like me and thinks I'm really nice.

When A player is being sexual Or using racist words.
Or that a player is breaking so many rules.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I had some players that were spamming with Taunts Or Earrape Taunts, And I asked to stop and later they were doing it again, So I webtaunt Muted them. And I also had someone who has mic spamming I Verbal warned him once and the second time I gagged him and gave him a warning for mic spamming.

Because Windows Said they're needed more Admins And Mods, So I applied For Administrator To help the server
With Rulebreakers And Disrespectful players online, And I'm also nice to players and staff.
