When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The command! Ban is only to be used in a serious situation, for example if a player has more than 12 recents he is permanently banned by the system! or if a player has 3 gags / mutes and 3 warnings and wants to prevent them again and again in which he leaves and comes back and is racist! A player can also be banned if he is MASS RULEBREAKING!

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

In my time as a moderator, I have found some breakers who either refuse their punishments or want to break the crowd! I would take care of these people and take that in my hands! In my time as an admin, I would like to ask for help or warn me I would like to help players with an admin rank!

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
Hello to here first! In my time as a moderator, I have seen some rule-breakers who need this command and would be glad if I get the command and would only put him one if it was not necessary otherwise! My Current Rangs are Deathrun Moderator and SSRP Moderator! My old Ranks was Prophunt Moderator and TTT Moderator and I will be happy if I can help more ppl with the new Rank If I become that! All in one I know the responsibility and the commands! For some people, volunteers
are role models and I would like to be a role model

I’ve seen you on the server a lot and during that time I have seen you deal with some rule breakers well. I believe your application needs a lot of work as it seems very vague. You have me on steam and I am more that happy to help you with it (if you would like me to).

You were denied before because you “Need More Experience, Application”
I believe you have the experience now, you just need to work on your application. Good luck.

I think as Jim Jam said, you have got more experience but your application still needs work... Your "Why I should be promoted" is very short and looks a bit rushed. Look at some other applications to maybe get some more of an idea as to what kind of things you think should make you be Admin. Doesn't deal with any kind of situation unless told to by a higher up staff showing a lack of independence i have also witnessed him first hand ignoring issues and rule breaks along with this there seems to be a lot of "coincidences" with him using "xD" if someone disrespects and or attempts or is racist before and if he handles the situation this shows to me if is immature and definatly not ready for promotion

As others have stated, more info to the "Why I should be promoted" section would definitely make a huge improvement. I never really see you do much on the server, I still believe you are lacking in experience( for example today you gave someone 2 verbals). You really should add more information to your application, it seems you used images to make it seem longer. Yesterday I saw you give a verbal warming saying that they were teaming when the person just didn't see the death.
