Doesn't deal with any kind of situation unless told to by a higher up staff showing a lack of independence i have also witnessed him first hand ignoring issues and rule breaks along with this there seems to be a lot of "coincidences" with him using "xD" if someone disrespects and or attempts or is racist before and if he handles the situation this shows to me if is immature and definatly not ready for promotion
