I know staff are meant to handle stuff as they please but this is as stupid as banning someone for false reports

He has this really negative, overconfident attitude which isn't ideal for a staff member, this guy slays everyone for 3 round for RDM, its not even RDM as in "I hate the server, I'm going to RDM" but just simple accidental interpretations, Its still RDM but IMO it should be perceived differently from people who don't intend to play properly at all... I was not affected by this so this isn't a salt post neither was anyway I personally know but its just unfair IMO.

Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened

I slay 3 people for RDM 3 times as it's a basic rule of TTT to not RDM, and I do not slay people for nothing, If I'm not sure of a situation which could well be an accident, which I do not slay for as harshly if at at all.

As for the last one, I was talking about leaving the false reports as a warning, if I were to warn someone for false reports over half the server would have warns.

Edit: You did also tell me to kill myself in teamspeak while in game, I do not have it on record as I was tabbed out and dead in TTT, but Xeronise and Mix3rz can vouch for me anyway as they were in the channel with me.

I'm not saying the RDM slays are invalid, I'm saying that they are harsh according to the situations what were going on at the time, which they were considering the players had no intent of breaking rules, it was an accident. As for the false report things, I didn't say you needed to warn him, I said that your attitude to the situation was not staff member ideal, since some staff member could interpret "Idiot" as disrespect, Its pathetic and too minor for disrepsect but it happens and as a staff member you are a rolemodel for everyone

I think slaying some one for 3 rounds is a bit harsh but appart from that ceezee and i had our differences but he has good intentnions and hes trying his best!

Harsh, but fair. If they RDM'd, they knew what they were doing. If they killed an innocent by accident, all it takes is for them to say "aw shit I killed an innocent in crossfire I'm sorry"

I'm a rolemodel for everyone? I'm the only consistent staff member on the server, I handle about 50 reports a day, and I get shit on for it by everyone, at least 3 in every batch of 50 make a report against me, or post on my wall mean things, or tell me to kill myself. Calling someone who consistently files false reports an idiot for doing so is really nothing.

I do believe the three round slay and a warning is harsh for what the offense is. There's an Ethos I'll go over with CeeZee. We shouldn't try to scare people away from the server, but rather enforce the rules and encourage to follow them and stay on our servers. I'll speak to CeeZee about this.
