Yeah it's harsh, I know it myself, But I personally belive and have seen that people who are there to RDM, leave once they get 3 slays, and those that want to play and have fun, and killed maybe to just test a mod or something (I don't know why people do it tbh) stay around and don't do it again! As they realise "oh damn he's really harsh with punishments"
