How do I have a negative overconfident attitude?

I slay 3 people for RDM 3 times as it's a basic rule of TTT to not RDM, and I do not slay people for nothing, If I'm not sure of a situation which could well be an accident, which I do not slay for as harshly if at at all.

As for the last one, I was talking about leaving the false reports as a warning, if I were to warn someone for false reports over half the server would have warns.

Edit: You did also tell me to kill myself in teamspeak while in game, I do not have it on record as I was tabbed out and dead in TTT, but Xeronise and Mix3rz can vouch for me anyway as they were in the channel with me.
