TOPIC: [closed] Warning/Demotion request against Rubi

Reason - Kicked a mod, arrested a mod on duty and plus he demoted him from the job afterwards.
Story - Bane was wanted and was helping people around in the streets , suddenly Rubi came out of no where and arrested him.
Plus , Jonas Mcfly is a mod on the server too , which after a restart that happend to the server , Rubi decided to kick him for prop surfing (which he didnt or did , no idea) , then afterwards when jonas came back he started a demotion against him in-game.
Proof -
There's no proof about the arrest incident , only witnesses - Grimm and Bane.

Other comment - Rubi is a new player that donated for becoming a mod.Apperently he never got any mod mentoring, and he takes action without knowing what he is doing.
I recommend giving him mentoring , plus this guy isn't that good at english and he isnt around 14~ , he's lower.(Pretty sure)

Ok, I think this is not enough to demote someone, maybe a warning but definitely not a demote

Ok, here's the thing, he broke a rule, that's clear to everyone. But the question we all ask ourselves is IF he had had mentoring and had been taught the ropes, would he have done the things he did? Probably not, yet there is no way to tell. You can't expect someone to roll up, with no prior moderating experience, pay for mod, then go out into the busy, populated server and do a good job. These people should be taught the ropes, they should be assigned a teacher to show them what is wrong and what is right, they should be monitored in the early stages of their career as moderator.

So, to sum up, I think he should not get a warning, but be monitored and taught how to do things before he is let out into the field.

He is a mod for about over a week to clear things up Exrobite.

All true but surely if he was new like we were he would of asked for training, it is a very populated server yes so surely he would of asked for help, learning the ropes.

Not arresting a mod on duty is common knowledge, and kicking another mod is well known to be strictly forbidden.

Rubi broke that rule- but I am a tad suspicious. Bullen said in OOC that 'he' was testing something around the top of the console screenshot. That makes me a bit suspicious but he may just be talking out of context. If he was testing something though, Rubi would probably give a different reason.

Since Grim and Bane are witnesses, they need to voice their opinions on what happened. Grim especially is a good guy and I want to hear his side before I make a verdict

In the meantime- Massive +Support from me. Perhaps a tier 2 warning because kicking mods is 100% UNACCEPTABLE.
