I don't think this ban req is valid. Since the staff application did not get accepted.

This was when Blast promoted him even though he was inactive for a while, then Crack demoted him again on server 2 because he hadn't earned it. Then he ran to SD. Should he be given another chance to prove him self?

If he ran to SD, then no, I didnt know this bit, all I knew was he was demoted.

He tried and failed.

I've also seen, and have proof somewhere of him:

• Abusing Cloak to "haunt players" and put textscreens in their bases, generally screw around
• Giving normal players godmode

I said he tried and failed. Still tried to run away, so he obviously doesn't want to be here - not to mention the shit he's done.

If someone who's been trusted with a position of trust here completely shuns that opportunity and wants to attempt to be a member of staff somewhere else - they aren't dedicating to ZARP.

Accepted or not, they aren't fulfilling their role to their max; it looks dodgy and feels equal.

Of course he can be in another server, but he applied, which prooved his disloyalty

I've been staff in multiple servers, maybe he just wants to divide time so if one server(probably this one) goes to shit he will have a use in another one.

That's strictly not true; I've got a Staff Position in three communities - and that's allocated now, however - I still try to make time on the Server, when it is up.
It's not our, nor' anyones else's place to 'prohibit' being in another community. It's like saying: Eat the Fork, or eat the Soup.
