It IS valid if he only applies. You were an exception, doesn't apply to everything.

If someone who's been trusted with a position of trust here completely shuns that opportunity and wants to attempt to be a member of staff somewhere else - they aren't dedicating to ZARP.

Accepted or not, they aren't fulfilling their role to their max; it looks dodgy and feels equal.
