What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
I was alt tabbed from the game when I see this guy with an un'id body in front of him. I waited a bit and killed him.
He makes a report saying "RDM YOUF FUKING STUPID PIECE OF SHIT ASAASADSSSAD", i reply with "Uhm buddy, you shot someone in the nether and didnt even id his body, and you were also a T", here comes once again sputnik, open a chat to understand the situation better?
No, thats a thing a good admin would do, im fucking stuni ill just straight warn you + auto slay!
So basically i concluded that he shot the guy and he didnt at all, but was in the nether looking at his body while it was un'ided, I even gave him some time to see if he would id the body and he didnt, so i killed him and because i replied to the report with "Uhm buddy, you shot someone in the nether and didnt even id his body", i got warned + auto slain for "lying".

Also i think i only had 1 active warning? I checked !warn and only saw 1 active?cus apparently i also got banned for 3 days because of "too many recent punishments" ?

This is honestly getting ridiculous.

Believe me buddy, I wouldnt be here if I didnt have to.

When I handle reports, I would at least open a chat if someone said someone else ignored an unid'ed body, if the victims agree, no punishment, if the victim doesn't agree, they have an argument which gets nowhere without, and you can't punish as the victim has no proof stating otherwise, so 9 times out of 10 I wouldn't punish. Also, lying in this scenario is imo also excessive, as at least they gave a valid KOS reason, which may or may not be true, something that Stuny wouldn't know without opening a chat.

You said in the report response that he shot someone and ran away whit out id'ing the body. As i checked the logs there were 0 shots fierd from this person which then resoulted in warning you.
No further comments will be made from my end here i will only respond in dm's to the person who handle's this report

First of all I did screenshot the part where I "disrespected you" its the 3rd screenshot stuny.

This is partly a lie since i never said he ran, all I said was "You shot him and didnt id his body, you were also a T" He never ran in the first place.
I also explained that i was afk and when i came back i saw him looking at the dead body and didnt id it thats why i condluded that eh shot him even tho it wasnt true.

Sure buddy, thats how things get solved, ignoring them

In this instance you shouldn't of been slain, even if the player did or didn't shoot the other. As you state the player was ignoring an unidentified body in which you believe they had shot dead, a simple chat would've sorted any confusion out for all parties.

All punishments aside you also do need to tone down how serious you take the game and spend time trying to piece a person to their crime rather than opening fire, in this case due to a little mistake, if the person that was killed died to the fire or even set to spectator I would not feel killing the other person for not identifying the body is needed, but if the dead player was shot(by anyone) then all is fair game.

You know whats funny about all my reports? I actually only started reading the rules and following them after i finished all my exams. that being after day 22.
This is completely irrelevant, but just stating that that was when I truly learned how to play / rules wise.
