TOPIC: Valid warning

So, When I was playing TTT, I was a T for a round. When I was in tower, some rdm guy starts shooting at me.
I then report him for RDM, and he replied: "You did not check undentified bodies".
I declined the forgive and the report was sent.
BossComic23 handeled the report, but did not warn him.. should he have been warned?

(I dont have any evidence unless you staff can view old reports. I did not screen it because I did not feel any need for it before it was too late)

If you are simply asking whether the user should be punished then its a difficult matter as no one knows if you actually did run passed an unidentified body without sufficient evidence

If you did run over an unidentified body then he had a reason to shoot you. The only issue is as staff it's hard to prove whether you did or did not run over a body, which explains why nothing happened with the report.

Unless you have video evidence that proves you didn't walk over an un-Id'd body (or unless a staff member saw what happened) we can't really warn the person that shot you.

EDIT: Here is the player report template, you can fill it in if you would like the player to be punished. As I said before, without video evidence, nothing can be done in this situation.

It's hard to prove if someone has passed unIDed body or not. As everyone said, unless you have video evidence nothing is gonna happend here.
But I feel you were more asking if he should have been warned. If you run past unIDed bodies it is a valid KOS reason so he can kill you. If not it is RDM.

If you decide to make a report against the player you can edit your first post and use the template that has been provided before. Then I would be pleased to handle it.

I don't understand, are you saying that you didn't ignore un-IDed bodies? Nowhere in this report have you said that you didn't, just said that's what you were killed for, which is a valid kill. If there's no evidence and staff cannot disprove the reported player's reasoning, then they cannot punish the player, which explains why BossComic would not have done anything with the report.

If you have video evidence and evidence of steam id however, feel free to make a report on that player, not the staff member.
