It's hard to prove if someone has passed unIDed body or not. As everyone said, unless you have video evidence nothing is gonna happend here.
But I feel you were more asking if he should have been warned. If you run past unIDed bodies it is a valid KOS reason so he can kill you. If not it is RDM.
