The warn was already given when i sent the OOC messages,i wasn't talking over no one,he didn't even let me fully explain what happened before warning me,i'm not making this topic because i got wrongfully warned,i'm making this because staff ethos were made for a reason,when applying for staff you should actually know what staff ethos are and try to atleast follow them.
I been on this server for over 4 years,i might be mingy sometimes but i know the difference between a good admin and a bad one.

Yeah, sorry, you are right, i didn't take a good look at the screen shots. You actually insulted and were provoking him him by saying: "Yo who tf made HazemShady an admin" in OOC probably in front of 70 players. That's the actual reason why he told you to stfu. But it wouldn't have happened if you didn't break the rules, it is obviously your fault. And yes, not knowing what ethos is, is kind of stupid. And yes, you probably didn't deserve the warn. But making fun of a staff member in front of the whole S1 is kind of unacceptable. You just make a topic like this without provoking him in OOC...

If a user is being provative and disrespectful, staff should stay calm and handle the situation properly using their powers and never do the same back to the user. In this case never tell them to "stfu".

You must agree with me that sometimes even the most calm people lose their patience and just snap and say lots of things they didn't mean to say...

You say that you broke a rule so it is clear that he can talk/punish you if it was me seeing you and u say that i would also warn you cuz staffs usually give verbals to very smol rulebreaks, real mistakes or i usually don’t apply a normal warn if it is the first time im seeing him breaking that rule and he is really sorry for it and u are not acting like ur sorry so i think the punishment is clearly correct.

-Told him it was an honest mistake and didn't know it counted as propblock.
-The guy that was propblocked was AFK and didn't even realize i did anything.

yea so you are also litterly correct changed that comment but unbiasedly i still don’t think this is a reason to get demoted. but,if ur recents were that clean and u were nice and also it was a really innocent rb i would only say u to not do again. however punishment is still valid so just tokerate it u can keep rping and u try to not break any rules a single warn will make no sense don’t worry

If you actually took time to read the whole thread before commenting your opinion you would've seen that my intentions are not to get him demoted but rather spoken to.

you clever guy!!¡¡!¡ you keept harrashing me in ooc chat for over weeks even on the forum without the knowlage of that it was not fucking me who blew ur rp house up u did tons of reports and wrote a lot of shit in occ chat but thankfully i was lucky no one cared(s) u

plus: it took totally 1 week and 3 days to explain you that as a mod i cant noclip...

Yeah i know, but it is not kind of pleasant to get a comment like that in front of a lot of people....

I can tell you from experience that if you can't take that little of an insult you will have problems. Trust me, as a staff you will face a lot worse nearly everyday.
