What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: I wanted to test a dupe i had so i put a hamsterball around an afk dude for no longer than 5 seconds,the guy comes in and and warns me after i explained that i didn't know it counted as propblock,i hadn't been warned in over 8 months so i felt there was no need for a warn,yet he still warned me,so i told him it was against the staff ethos,turns out he doesn't even know what they are + he told me to stfu when i "confronted" him on OOC.
I'm not asking for a demotion but rather a higher up speak to this guy because it's pretty funny that he got admin without even knowing what staff ethos are,and he should probably not tell other players to stfu.

Trapping players with props is not allowed and it's always been a rule. But it might've been a bit harsh to warn you instead of giving a verbal if you haven't been warned in such a long time.

if you're so knowledgable about the rules and the staff ethos then you should have also known that trapping people with prop block is against the rules but i dont see why you should have been warned ,
i would have only given a verbal in a situation like this, but a warn is still valid as you did infact rulebreak it was just uncalled for and a bit harsh but still valid. as for his attitude it was for sure not what i expect from a staff member.

As far as i can see, you made this topic because he rightfully punished you!? The warn was already given when i sent the OOC messages,i wasn't talking over no one,he didn't even let me fully explain what happened before warning me,i'm not making this topic because i got wrongfully warned,i'm making this because staff ethos were made for a reason,when applying for staff you should actually know what staff ethos are and try to atleast follow them.
I been on this server for over 4 years,i might be mingy sometimes but i know the difference between a good admin and a bad one.

The staff ethos doesn't mention anything about not punishing users when they break rules, just saying.

But obviously it is quite concerning that this staff member seems to be unfamiliar with some of this community's more important policies as well as his attitude towards you in the game.
