The warn was already given when i sent the OOC messages,i wasn't talking over no one,he didn't even let me fully explain what happened before warning me,i'm not making this topic because i got wrongfully warned,i'm making this because staff ethos were made for a reason,when applying for staff you should actually know what staff ethos are and try to atleast follow them.
I been on this server for over 4 years,i might be mingy sometimes but i know the difference between a good admin and a bad one.

Yeah, sorry, you are right, i didn't take a good look at the screen shots. You actually insulted and were provoking him him by saying: "Yo who tf made HazemShady an admin" in OOC probably in front of 70 players. That's the actual reason why he told you to stfu. But it wouldn't have happened if you didn't break the rules, it is obviously your fault. And yes, not knowing what ethos is, is kind of stupid. And yes, you probably didn't deserve the warn. But making fun of a staff member in front of the whole S1 is kind of unacceptable. You just make a topic like this without provoking him in OOC...

If a user is being provative and disrespectful, staff should stay calm and handle the situation properly using their powers and never do the same back to the user. In this case never tell them to "stfu".

You must agree with me that sometimes even the most calm people lose their patience and just snap and say lots of things they didn't mean to say...

It's not like i insulted his whole family or some like that.

Yeah i know, but it is not kind of pleasant to get a comment like that in front of a lot of people....

I can tell you from experience that if you can't take that little of an insult you will have problems. Trust me, as a staff you will face a lot worse nearly everyday.

I agree, but it depends from person to person...
