Yeah i know that,it's just that in my opinion he could've let me off without a warning,just a simple verbal,what made me actually report him though is the fact that he didn't even know what the staff ethos were and that when i tried to call him out on that he straight up told me to stfu.

And the latter makes this report entirely valid, as I stated. Regardless as much as I personally would not have punished you in this scenario, I do hope you understand the warning is staying as it's entirely valid and not breaking any of the current policies.
