So basically you are testing how well new staff deals with hard situation(s) and you are expecting them to handle it flawlessly.
Everyone makes mistakes especially newer staff, even you when you were staff and don't know the details but similar situation.
We all probably get your points but let them handle this Demote Request which is why this post was created.
