Other Comments - I did report this in game, but the admin who handled it (brenzor9137) didn't properly understand the situation, and thus dismissed the report without punishing him.
I reported the incident the round after it happened - when the incident happened, on round 86, void4551 was an innocent who RNT'd and injured other innocents with an incendiary grenade. However, when brenzor9137 picked up the report, all he saw was that on the current round void4551 was a traitor, and thus he assumed the report was invalid.
Reason - Broke the 2.1 Random Death Match rule (I assume damaging fellow innocents through RNT falls mostly under this)

The only reason this could have been a justified act would be if he had a reason to throw the grenade, such as throwing it into the traitor tester, in this instance the video would be helpful to see his intentions.

I would handle if Dodo didn't claim (well he said he would do it with an admin hint hint) otherwise this just seems like ARDM. He most likely didn't have a reason to throw that nade

Just would like to respond since you claim I misunderstood the situation. I fully saw the logs you posted but I only handle reports for those that report the player because I believe that if a player does not report the RDMer they do not care about the situation that occurred, which is fine. While I could slay him for the damage he did to Skinny Boi, Skinny did not care enough to report him. Meanwhile, you did care to report him so I handled it based on the damage it had on your game experience which was a total of one damage. So I simply sent him a private message telling him to not throw random grenades in the future or he will face punishment. Staff handle reports in different ways, this is just how I handle mine: I do not punish for those that don't seek punishment.

There are times when even if a player is not reported they should still be punished, for example someone could mass RDM and only have one person report them but they can still be punished for mass RDM. While in this case the user did throw an incendiary grenade(still have no proof if it was random or not), it did not do an awful lot of damage to the players it hit so in my eyes brenzor was in the right to just give them a verbal warning because overall the grenade had very little impact.

Yeah sorry, let me try this again cause I feel like I am gonna come off as a hypocrite if I don't re-explain myself. I explained it wrong in my first post. The only times I have ever and will ever punish someone when they aren't reported is if they A) Caused a mass disturbance to gameplay EX: Killed 4 people and only one reported or b) Was reported by many people and lied in order to get some of them to forgive him. This situation just doesn't fall under those categories.

However, he still did break a rule and should not be exempt from consequences. I feel as though Brenzor handled the situation well and no further action is required
