Wait, so you’re saying that if the person that was directly affected by a rule break doesn’t report, then they shouldn’t be punished? In my opinion, you should respect the fact that the user would like them punished for breaking the rules, even if it didn’t directly affect them.

You skimmed to fast, I did not say it didn't directly affect Cody at any point. I also stated staff handle things in different ways, so your opinion on how it should be handled is your way of staffing, not mine. If my way of staffing for around a year total, if you add it all up, is wrong then a LT member should tell me by now. If I feel that the user just deserves a verbal then that is the punishment they get based on the situation.
