As some of you may know I was VIP before my community ban, but it seems to have been revoked. Chute told me I would get it restored, so I'm just going to upload pictures here as proof that I was VIP, and please can I get it restored? not trying to go against the community but you are wrong they CANT revoke it like that if someone bought something like VIP witch zarp advertises Now only $19.95 for permanent ZARP VIP
so revoking it and refusing to give it to a user that paid there money for then they can sue zarp for either VIP or money back since they clearly advertise perma VIP. My sister's boss is a lawyer and he told me this so if they refuse to give it back then sabretooth has all the right to sue zarp for two reasons false advertisement and I forgot the second one he said

but I really dough the community is like that and will give him his VIP back.

VIP is a service provided under terms specified in the you
It can be revoked, welcome to law.

He does not have the right to sue only to have damages paid for and service restored If he had a valid case. Which he don't

Your entire arguement is invalid. He knew when he purchased VIP that if he gets community banned they can revoke his VIP.
Technically, they can revoke VIP if you break any TOU. It wouldn't be a good buisness model, but, the TOU allows it to happen.

Hi SabreTooth, Thanks for your post. It is not ZARP policy to remove upgrades from players if they are banned or community banned from our services. Did you perhaps purchase VIP on another account?
