Thanks for your post. It is not ZARP policy to remove upgrades from players if they are banned or community banned from our services. Did you perhaps purchase VIP on another account? If so you will need to log-in to that account and then request your VIP to be transferred to this one. If you still need help don't hesitate to get in touch with us, using the contact form.
