so revoking it and refusing to give it to a user that paid there money for then they can sue zarp for either VIP or money back since they clearly advertise perma VIP. Your entire arguement is invalid. He knew when he purchased VIP that if he gets community banned they can revoke his VIP.
Technically, they can revoke VIP if you break any TOU. It wouldn't be a good buisness model, but, the TOU allows it to happen.
