so what? Maybe the guy who made that post didn't want to make refund request before because those kind of posts always got denied

It's absolutely bullshit that Oxy gets refunded but others won't

+ I thought refunding was only for server side issues?

Well assuming that Oxy had got a refund, I'm guessing it's staying that way from now on compared to how it was months ago for some odd reason I'm unaware about.
