Hey, I didn't handle these. I went to Chute and he agreed that it was out of his control. Not 100% sure why these were denied tho

I don't know what happened however you *should* have been refunded as this is an issue out of your control.

All refund requests from now-till fix will be accepted however these ones posted I cannot change now as they are too old. I am sorry for this and hope this answers your question

At the end of the day Markus should get his evo back same as blue.

Just refund em. The proof is there so why should it matter if it was a really long time ago.

Damn now I wish I kept the recording of my evo getting ripped like this I deleted the wet video as they were getting denied for client side issues

Sorry but this had occurred too long ago for us to consider refunding. If this issue continues to persist, feel free to create a new refund request as soon as possible with valid evidence.
